說起來很奇妙，押井守的【攻殼機動隊】雖在台灣有一定的名氣，但是當年協和影視在台灣發行的官方VHS與VCD也都是英文配音版，拜好萊塢改編所賜，這部科幻經典作品的日文配音版終於在台灣有機會上映了。
